Fixed Week 6 Feb 8-15th, 2026. Additionally, owners have the use of a second 'float week' in the same unit between mid-May and mid-November, May 24th-31st, 2026. Your top-floor three-bedroom villa offers sweeping panoramic views of the resort and ocean, all from beneath your trellised veranda.

From your living room's soaring palapa-style roof, you'll feel as if you're in both Mexico and Tahiti at once. To top it off, your fixed February week typically includes both Valentine's Day and the Super Bowl — truly unbeatable! Owners also have the option to rent out their weeks through the Auberge Hotel and earn 60% of the net rental revenue.

Furthermore, owners can enjoy additional time at Esperanza by paying a nightly rate for short notice visits, subject to villa availability. Short notice vacations can be booked up to 60 days in advance for stays ranging from 1 to 7 days.
